tuckr Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions


1. The promotion
This promotion is run by Kindo (The Growth Collective Ltd) during Term 2, 2026.
The tuckr Prize Draw applies only to participating schools with a physical tuckr canteen operating on-site at the school.  It does not apply to schools using tuckr as an online-only, virtual, or delivery service.
2. Who can enter
The draw is open to parents and caregivers aged 18 years or older who place an eligible order through Kindo at a participating school with a physical tuckr canteen.
Orders must be placed through a registered Kindo account, via the Kindo website or app.
Employees of Kindo and Tuckr (and their immediate families) are not eligible.
3. How to enter
Every eligible order placed through Kindo during the campaign period counts as one entry.
Orders may be placed via the Kindo website or app.
Eligible orders include any tuckr transaction made online through Kindo, including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, after school, or other available tuckr items.
There is no minimum spend required to enter.
There is no limit on the number of entries per person.
4. Draw period
The campaign runs from 27 April to 22 May 2026 (4 weeks).
Weekly draws are held at the end of each week.
The grand prize is drawn after 22 May.
5. The prizes
Weekly prizes:
5 x $50 Kindo account credits, drawn each week for 4 weeks (20 prizes total)
2 x $250 fuel vouchers, drawn each week for 4 weeks (8 prizes total)

Prize conditions:
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Kindo credits will be applied directly to the winner’s Kindo account.
6. Winner selection and notification
Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries for that week.
Winners will be notified by email within 3 business days of the draw.
Winners may be announced in the school newsletter (first name and initial only, e.g. “Sarah T.”).
If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a replacement winner may be drawn.
7. Participating schools
Participating schools are limited to those with a physical tuckr canteen operating on school premises. A full list of participating schools is available on request.
8. Privacy
Entry information is collected and used for the purpose of running the draw only.
Personal information is handled in accordance with Kindo’s privacy policy.
Winner names (first name and initial) may be shared with the school for newsletter announcement.
9. General
Kindo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances require it.
By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law.

Ezlunch Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for a fuel voucher prize, an entrant must place at least one qualifying order during the campaign period that includes an item from the tuckr menu.

*To be eligible to be in the draw to win a fuel voucher prize, an entrant must, during the Promotion Period, place at least one qualifying order that includes an item from the tuckr menu.
